Eyewear Warranty Policy

All Oakley eyewear is warranted for two year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge. For accidental damage we can replace, on most occasions, the damaged parts of your glasses. Please contact customer service at 1-877-625-5396 to set up a Warranty repair file please fallow this link http://ca.oakley.com/en/support/warranty .

Oakley will have the option, at its discretion, to repair or replace defective Product with new or functionally equivalent Product that may be of a different style, color or configuration than the original product.


Footwear and Accessories Warranty policy

All Oakley footwear is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by Oakley, Inc. Valid claims will receive credit toward exchange of the Oakley footwear product. Improper fit is not a valid criteria for warranty. Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.

 

Backpack Warranty policy

All Oakley bags and packs warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year  from the date of purchase. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by Oakley, Inc. Valid claims will receive credit toward exchange of the Oakley. Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.
